MARKETING & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – Paris (in English)
- This specialisation is dedicated to developing skills in designing a business offer, an omnichannel marketing strategy and proposing marketing solutions that promote the best possible physical and/or digital client experience.
- The main target positions are those of Product Manager, Brand Manager, Research and Trends Officer, Client Experience Officer, Digital Marketing Project Manager, Category Manager, and e-commerce Project Manager, leading to the positions of Network Manager, Client Strategy Director, and Marketing and e-commerce Director, among others.
MARKETING & DIGITAL COMMUNICATION – Angers and Paris (in English)
- Within this specialisation, students develop the skills needed to implement and steer effective digital communications strategies, for all types of target audience.
- Graduates will go on to occupy a variety of positions either within agencies or the communications services of large-sized companies: referencing (SEO, SEA etc), UX design, Community Management, Traffic Management, Inbound Marketing, etc. The skills acquired may also lead to the creation of new digital communication consulting businesses.
REVENUE MANAGEMENT – Angers (double degree, in French)
This double degree specialisation (Master 2 from IAE Angers and Grande École programme from ESSCA) trains experts in Revenue Management who are highly sought after in sectors such as hospitality, transportation (air, rail, maritime), leisure (theme park), advertising agencies, and cultural organisations (cinema, opera), both in France and internationally.
The Revenue Manager, also known as Pricing Analyst depending on the sector, is a strategic marketing role responsible for maximising the company’s revenue through a dynamic pricing policy.
