  • This specialisation makes it possible to obtain essential skills for consulting professions. It explores the tools, concepts, and methodologies enabling students to perform analytical reasoning in order to design and roll out solutions that provide an effective response to a client’s needs. The specialisation also teaches students to listen and communicate in order to interact with a wide array of national and international representatives and build up a relationship of trust via an ethical and responsible approach to the business world.
  • Graduates can go on to work in the management consulting sector in a variety of cross-divisional positions within all types of organisations: internal consulting, internal consulting strategy, strategy project manager, organisational transformation, change management etc.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION – Angers and Paris

  • This specialisation develops a spirit of enterprise within students, supporting them in all facets of their entrepreneurial projects: business creation, takeover, franchising, intrapreneurship, etc. It enables them to acquire the necessary skills, know-how and knowledge of self for driving an entrepreneurial project, such as project management, commercial development, communications, taking initiative and leadership. Students are also encouraged to think out of the box and develop ideas that will meet the main challenges affecting society and the environment.
  • This specialisation prepares students for the creation of new activities and trains them in the professions linked to guidance for entrepreneurs and advice in setting up a business, as well as innovation management.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS & STRATEGY – Angers and Aix-en-Provence

  • This specialisation offers students the chance to acquire a truly all-round view of international management by incorporating aspects of sustainable development. This primarily entails knowing how to manage international teams, grasping analysis and decision-making techniques in complex environments, knowing how to devise and implement an internationalisation strategy, and develop networks.
  • The programme trains students in the professions of International Project Officer (NGOs, IOs, etc.), International Project Manager, International Subsidiary Manager, International Public Relations Manager, International Trade Specialist, National Risk Analyst, International Business Consultant, etc.

HUMAN RESOURCES & TALENT MANAGEMENT – Lyon (classes in English)

  • This specialisation trains HR professionals to acquire skills in work relations, employment and competence management, and integration into and advice to international or multicultural-sized organisations.
