Research Institutes
Research institutes at ESSCA: impactful research projects in specific contexts
ESSCA’s research institutes were created to provide a special venue for researchers, students, decision-makers, and representatives of civil society to meet.
Institutes for high impact
Focusing on cross-cutting themes or contexts requiring a multidisciplinary approach, ESSCA’s research institutes aim to produce high-impact research and to promote the work of professors and researchers to external stakeholders. Their objective is to develop collaborative research projects through action research, research contracts or European-funded projects.
Collaborative research
ESSCA’s research institutes are fostering collaborative research with both public and private organisations. This involves sharing experiences, access to privileged study areas, and external co-financing through European projects, ANR projects, research contracts, action research, etc.
ESSCA’s research institutes are thus an arena of opportunities for both business and institutional partners to contribute to the emergence of a society capable of addressing the major challenges of our time.
Our ambition is to produce impactful actionable research, which cannot be achieved without the support of our committed partners, who work alongside our researchers.
